Sleeping In

Breakfast: Grande Soy Latte, 1 Clementine, 1/2 Gala Apple, Whole Wheat Bagel w/ Cream Cheese & Tomato
12:00 PM Vinyasa (abs/hips, approx cal. burned: 432)
Lunch: 12 oz. Prawn Chowder (Soupfreaks), 1 hunk of whole wheat bread, 1 hardboiled egg, 1 Diet A&W Root Beer
Snuck in: 1 11oz Bottle of Silk Chocolate Soy Milk
Calories Consumed: 1,201

I don't remember what time I passed out last night. I think the bf and I moved to the bedroom sometime around 11, but I can't be too sure. Wednesday was rough. 6:30AM Bikram + Yelp Party + 6:45AM Iyengar had me in traction last night. I was running on fumes. 5 hours of sleep a night only takes you so far these days.

Diet stuff aside today, for no real reason, just because...I can't stop thinking about how happy I am with the boy and the simple act of him leaning down to kiss me is enough to send my insides into a little flutter today. I really don't know what it is.

We made veggie tacos last night and I can't even tell you how awesome that meal is. And how good for you it is if you don't over cheese it. Corn tortillas, Gimme Lean Ground "Beef", Red Onions, Garlic, Avocado, Shredded Jack, Heirloom Tomato, cilantro and some Romaine for good measure, this shit was awesome.

Michael's Vinyasa class today was a lot of abs and some hips. Lots of side plank, and plank w/ one foot crap that had me wanting to scream. I refrained. From screaming, that is.

I'm meeting Miss B. tonight for sushi and James Bond. I can't wait to stuff myself silly with sashimi.

My yoga teacher is telling me I need more protein!
